Who We Are
Rahat Welfare Trust is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged communities in Karachi, Pakistan.
Registered under The Sindh Charities Registration & Regulation Act 2019, we are guided by Islamic principles to serve humanity with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Founded in 2014 by Mufti Shamsuddin Peerzada, the Rahat Welfare Trust began its journey by imparting Islamic education and distributing essential supplies to over 500 needy families. Over the years, our organization has expanded its services to include a wide range of educational, healthcare, and social welfare programs.
What We Do

— Islamic Education
At Rahat Welfare Trust, we prioritize imparting Islamic education to nurture moral and ethical values. Our courses include Taleem-e-Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqaid, Seerat, Hifz o Nazra, Quranic Arabic, and Darsi Tafseer. We strive to provide comprehensive religious education to students, helping them lead lives rooted in Islamic principles.

— Healthcare Services
We offer a range of healthcare services to the underprivileged communities in Karachi. Our facilities include General OPD, Ultrasound, Laboratory Investigations, Medications, and General Treatment. Through our health clinics, we ensure access to essential healthcare services, guided by the Islamic value of Shifa (healing).

— School Education
Education is a cornerstone of our mission. Our schooling system aims to provide quality education to children in underprivileged areas. We focus on creating a conducive learning environment that fosters intellectual growth and prepares students for a brighter future.

— Technical Education
Rahat Welfare Trust offers technical education programs designed to equip individuals with practical skills for better employment opportunities. Our courses include Computer Training, Stitching and Sewing, and Certified Medical Training. These programs aim to empower individuals, especially women, with skills to achieve economic independence.

We are deeply committed to supporting the community through various services. These include distributing Rashan to needy families, organizing community events, and providing social services. Our goal is to uplift the underprivileged and foster a sense of community and mutual support.
